As part of its ongoing expansion, the company is currently seeking a high-caliber Sales Director to lead nationwide commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen distributor and key account partnerships, and drive execution excellence across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop national sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- Oversee all sales channels including General Trade, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, Distributor Management, and Food Service.
- Drive market expansion and product penetration strategies to support sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with national distributors, key accounts, and business partners.
- Develop accurate sales forecasting, sales planning, and execution excellence across all business channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure effective commercial execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales organization with a strong performance-driven culture.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to create competitive business strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of sales KPIs across all regions and channels.
- Provide business performance reports and strategic recommendations to management and board directors.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales within FMCG with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in handling nationwide business operations and multi-channel distribution.
- Strong leadership capability in managing and developing large-scale sales teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, distributor management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Highly driven, target-oriented, and focused on business growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret business and sales data effectively.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
