Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales performance and manage end-to-end activities across strategic partnership distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and frontline teams to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Execute sales initiatives, campaigns, and business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and address operational or partnership-related challenges proactively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to strengthen distribution capabilities and improve sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales or distribution leadership roles within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong experience managing partnership-based or channel-driven sales businesses.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, financial solutions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Strategic, commercially driven, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
