About the Role We are building our local market operations entirely from the ground up. This is not a maintenance or operational stewardship role. You will have full ownership of this territory—driving the business from its very first local customer to a scaled, sustainable operation.
You will collaborate directly with the CEO to launch the region, identify the precise mechanisms that drive commercial conversion, and construct a highly repeatable local growth engine.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead Go-To-Market Execution: Take full strategic and operational charge of the regional launch, ensuring a successful market entry.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Assume complete accountability for the local metrics across customer acquisition, conversion velocity, and user retention.
  • Hands-on Cross-Functional Leadership: Work directly in the trenches across sales channels, localized marketing, and day-to-day operations.
  • Iterate and Pivot Rapidly: Gather real-time field feedback and data to continuously adapt strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Scale the Infrastructure: Recruit, train, and manage the local team as organizational demands expand alongside revenue growth.
