They are seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to lead the full finance function, with responsibility across reporting, compliance, treasury, tax, and controls, while partnering closely with operations on financial performance and business decisions.

They are seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to lead the full finance function, with responsibility across reporting, compliance, treasury, tax, and controls, while partnering closely with operations on financial performance and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, and overall finance operations
- Oversee GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and Management Accounting functions
- Ensure strong internal controls, governance, compliance, and audit management
- Manage treasury activities including cash flow, banking relationships, borrowing, and FX exposure
- Maintain financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational finance processes
- Support operational and commercial decision-making through financial analysis, margin review, and cost control
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior management
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and finance team development
- Strong controllership and financial reporting experience with hands-on finance leadership capability
- Experience managing tax, treasury, cash flow, audit, and compliance functions
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, governance, and operational controls
- Commercially aware with the ability to support business and operational stakeholders
- Experience within trading, agribusiness, commodities, FMCG, manufacturing, or operationally intensive environments
- Exposure to multi-entity structures, Indonesian regulatory requirements, and SAP systems preferred
