New Business Key Account Manager – FMCG
Our leading local FMCG clients is looking for a strong key account leaders.
Job Description:
- Drive new business opportunities and manage strategic customer and distributor relationships to accelerate business growth.
- Expand market presence through new channels, customers, and partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, market segments, and route-to-market expansion plans.
- Manage key accounts including distributors, wholesalers, and strategic trade partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, business planning, and partnership development.
- Support distributors to improve sales execution, market coverage, and trade performance.
- Monitor execution across promotions, visibility, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Develop account plans and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong commercial execution and business growth.
- 5–8 years of FMCG experience in key account management, distributor management, or business development.
- Strong experience managing modern trade, general trade, distributors, or strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesia FMCG market and trade dynamics.
- Experience in launching or developing new business opportunities is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of route-to-market strategies and distributor operations.
- Highly execution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia as required.
