Process Engineer – FMCG Industry
Experienced Process Engineer with strong knowledge in manufacturing process improvement, process quality, and production equipment within FMCG industry. Hands-on in handling end-to-end production process, troubleshooting, machine optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve efficiency, productivity, and quality targets.
Strong understanding in process control, root cause analysis, preventive action, GMP, HACCP, and lean manufacturing implementation. Familiar with high-speed production lines, utility systems, and equipment reliability to minimize downtime and improve overall operational performance.
Capable to collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations, stable process parameters, and product consistency. Experienced in driving cost reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, and production capacity enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications:
