Continuous Improvement Specialist

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement CI initiatives that drive cost efficiency and operational excellence
• Leverage your expertise in CI methodologies to analyse current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, empowering and inspiring your colleagues to embrace a mindset of continuous growth and development

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven track record in implementing successful CI projects, with a strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector
• Passion for continuous improvement and a relentless drive to optimise processes and drive cost efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement role, preferably in the FMCG industry
